Our Breeding Philosophy
Each & every one of our breeding dogs are proudly handler/owner raised, trained & titled in a variety of fields. We repeatedly prove that our dogs have stable social temperaments and can go anywhere and do everything with us! We particularly love the sport of Schutzhund, because it tests all aspects of a working dog - intelligence, willingness to please, scenting ability, nerve stability, as well as health and endurance.
We only breed dogs that meet the highest standards in health, temperament, longevity, workability and structure. Each breeding is carefully planned with specific goals in mind.
All of our breeding dogs have certified hips & elbows and are free of any health problems before they are ever considered for breeding. We have a comprehensive health guarantee, and offer lifetime support to our extended "Immerstark family".
Puppies are whelped indoors, and are raised underfoot in our large country kitchen - where they are exposed to other dogs, our 8 year old daughter, indoor cats, loud noises, slippery surfaces, lots of handling and ongoing stimulation. ALL of our dogs enjoy life as part of the household and are wonderful family companions as well as super competition dogs! We limit our number of dogs so that each dog is raised in the house as part of the family and enjoys a full active lifestyle on our 28 acre hobby farm.

Lisa Frederick
I enjoy competing with my dogs in both CKC events, as well as in the sport of Schutzhund. I've titled multiple dogs in both venues, as well as putting tracking titles, conformation ratings, temperament tests, and herding instinct titles on them as well. I like a well rounded dog that above all else - is a happy, healthy and social family member. Obedience is my favorite phase of Schutzhund, and I have won multiple High In Trials and High Obedience in Trials in both Schutzhund, and CKC obedience. I've also won High Protection in Trial honors, as well as multiple High SchH 1, and was the 2001 Ontario Regional SchH 1 Champion. I am happy to now be working dogs out of my own breeding program, where I've trained and titled several generations now. I am also a certified CGN (Canine Good Neighbour) Evaluator for the Canadian Kennel Club. I find obedience to be a wonderful learning experience and challenge for both myself and the dog. Each dog I train is different - and I must always learn new ways to train - and challenge my methods. I strive to get absolute attention and precision while not sacrificing any drive or power in my dogs' performances. I pride myself on having a wonderful relationship with my dogs - where our bond and the joy of working together is evident in each and every performance!
